Health - Practitioner
Nara Simmonds
w/ Simmonds McMurrer Naturopathic Clinic
Located in Charlottetown, PE, Nara is my family's primary care provider (and has been for over a decade). Our experience with her has been overwhelmingly positive and attentive. She seeks to provide excellent, personalized care & advocates for the individual within the context of their real life. She has been such a blessing to our family and I wish everybody had a doctor they trusted as much as our family does.
Financial -Program
Financial Peace University
by Dave Ramsey
I would absolutely recommend this video series to anybody & everybody - whether you're in debt, have zero in the bank, or are on your way up. They teach you all of the fundamentals you wish you knew about how to get out of debt and/or build wealth - hyping you up as you go! They also have podcasts, if you're looking for a cheaper introduction. However, absolutely worth the $99 investment, in my opinion. Seriously, learning what this program had to offer has alleviated such a mental load for us!

Such a good resource to get a grip on impulse spending, debt, and set yourself up for long term success.

They're American based, but with a little AI investigating (<5min) it's easy to find the comparable Canadian accounts they're talking about!

Health - Practitioner
Kathy Masko
w/ One Twelve Health & Wellness
I'll forever be amazed at the connection between the mind & body, including how physical stresses impact mental regulation.

Located in Digby, NS, Kathy works as an osteopath out of her clinic called One Twelve Health & Wellness. Upon meeting her, I was immediately impressed with her thorough assessment and keen observations. She used her many, many years of education and insight to piece together and identify things that have been impacting me for years. She cared for me within her skillset & referred me for other assessments that would become part of a bigger picture. Her insight has proven to be a pivotal point in my health journey!
